Vettel and Webber score a Maiden 1,2 for Red Bull in China
Red Bull racing was formed in 2005 and today at the Chinese Grand Prix they scored their first ever race win and made this all the more special taking second place also. Red Bull dominated the race from start to finish in a very wet Shanghai.
Sebastian Vettel last year scored the maiden victory for Torro Rosso (Red Bull’s sister team) in a rain hit Japan and proved again today that he is the new star of the rain. Interestingly Red Bull do not have a new diffuser on their car, their chief deisgner Adrian Newey elected to stay behind in Britian to work on car developments. Vettel has suprised everyone this weekend with a very bold qualifying strategy only coming out once each session and then taking control of the race without putting a foot wrong on day when many world champions have been aquaplaning off the track.
