The 2009 season is across 17 races starting in Australia. There have been several changes to the calendar since the 2008 season. The French and Canadian Grand Prixs have been dropped from this years calender and a the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix will be an exciting new close to the season. Also the Singapore Grand Prix, which debuted last season as the first Formula One night race will return.
